Family houses in Střelice near Brno

The project consists of three newly built family houses located in a new residential area in Střelice near Brno. The aim was to create modern and visually appealing housing with a high standard suitable for its proximity to Brno. Each house features a 5-room layout (5+kk) with an integrated garage, designed with a focus on functionality, natural daylight, and living comfort.

The architecture is based on simple volumes and a clean contemporary expression. A key feature of the design is the use of rounded corners, giving the houses a softer, timeless character and creating a unifying architectural element. Emphasis was placed not only on the appearance of the buildings themselves, but also on their integration into the context of the new development, the quality of the public space, and the overall cultivation of the environment. The result is a group of houses that combines aesthetics, functionality, and long-term residential value.
