Architectural and urban design study – Adršpach

The current condition of the entrance to the Adršpach Rock Town is unsustainable in the long term, which is why we responded to the call to participate in this architectural competition. The competition brief was clearly defined, and our aim was to develop a proposal that would meet all the requirements of such an important public space. Particular emphasis was placed on improving traffic flow and creating new visitor facilities, including an information center, refreshment areas, sanitary facilities, and a clearly defined entrance to the site.

The main idea of the proposal was to integrate the entire complex as sensitively as possible into the surrounding landscape. The architectural solution therefore works with buildings featuring green roofs and the use of natural materials, strengthening the natural connection between the architecture and its environment.
